We needed more spring, so I made some for our kitchen.
Boom! Instant spring! We can all feel how much more energized we become, just because the kitchen looks more cheerful.
I made the garland out of two different tones yellow – I only had two packages of the more orange one, so I only made two of those flowers.
But they really add something!
The flowers are made in a similar way that I made the roses out of old pages. 
This time, I made a center for the flowers by cutting strips of yellow paper. 
I also trimmed the petals by simply cutting away at them after the flowers were completed.
I love how the light falls through the flowers!
